1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," "Member," or "you") and vippph (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the vippph online gaming platform, website located at https://vippph.cam, and all associated services, games, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By registering for an account, accessing the vippph website, playing any games, or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Services and not register for an account. Continued use of the Services following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

vippph is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government authority responsible for overseeing all legal online gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines. Our operations are conducted in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

1.2 Language

The English language version of these Terms is the official and binding version. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account or use the Services. vippph strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of the Philippines.

vippph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any balances, and cancellation of any pending withdrawals.

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

To access the full range of Services, you must register for a vippph account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• A valid mobile phone number registered in the Philippines
• A valid email address
• Date of birth proving you are at least 21 years old
• A secure password meeting our security requirements
• Residential address in the Philippines

You agree to keep your account information accurate and up-to-date at all times. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in account suspension or termination.

2.3 Account Restrictions

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with vippph. Creating multiple accounts or attempting to circumvent account restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of any bonuses or winnings.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to access or use your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.4 Identity Verification

vippph is required by law to verify the identity of all account holders. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card) and proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).

vippph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, location, or payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

2.5 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from registering for an account or using the Services:

• Persons under the age of 21
• Persons residing in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law
• Employees, contractors, or family members of employees of vippph or its affiliated companies
• Persons who have been previously excluded or self-excluded from vippph or any other gaming platform
• Persons who have had accounts terminated by vippph for breach of these Terms
• Persons acting on behalf of or in collusion with other Users to commit fraud or abuse bonuses

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. vippph will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or any other communication method.

You must notify vippph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. vippph is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.2 Account Activity Monitoring

vippph reserves the right to monitor all account activity for security purposes and to prevent fraud, money laundering, collusion, and other prohibited activities. Suspicious activity may result in account suspension pending investigation.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, promotions, or circumvent restrictions
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using bots, automated software, or any other artificial means to play games
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through hacking, exploiting software bugs, or other technical means
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or money laundering
• Engaging in fraudulent or abusive conduct toward vippph or other Users
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from vippph software
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vippph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is fifty Philippine pesos (₱50). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. vippph reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits based on responsible gaming considerations or regulatory requirements.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly for GCash, Maya, and cryptocurrency. Bank transfers may take 1–3 hours during banking hours. vippph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must complete identity verification as described in Section 2.4. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where possible. You may be required to wager your deposit amount at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday–Sunday). Bank transfers are processed within 1–3 business hours. VIP members enjoy priority processing with faster withdrawal times.

4.6 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits are ₱100,000 per transaction and ₱500,000 per month. Higher limits are available for VIP members. vippph reserves the right to impose additional withdrawal limits based on account activity, bonus terms, or regulatory requirements.

4.7 Fees

vippph does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (e.g., banks, e-wallet providers) may impose their own fees, which are beyond vippph's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

vippph offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms. Bonus terms are posted on the vippph website and may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of each bonus before claiming it.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the bonus terms.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute less or not at all. Refer to the specific bonus terms for game contribution rates.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, or using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, is strictly prohibited. vippph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and terminate accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

5.4 Maximum Bet Limits

While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Maximum bet limits are stated in the bonus terms.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games offered on vippph are provided by reputable third-party software providers and are regularly tested by independent testing agencies, including Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), to ensure fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generators (RNGs) and are not influenced by vippph or any other party.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. vippph is not liable for any losses resulting from game malfunctions, software errors, or connectivity issues. If you experience a malfunction, contact customer support immediately.

6.3 Bet Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. vippph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

6.4 Disconnections

If you are disconnected from a game due to a loss of internet connection or other technical issue, any active bets will remain valid and will be settled according to the game rules. You can view the outcome by logging back into your account and checking your game history.

7. Responsible Gaming

vippph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide tools and resources to help you stay in control of your gaming activity.

7.1 Self-Exclusion

If you feel you are losing control of your gaming activity, you can self-exclude from vippph for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to login, deposit, or play. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires.

7.2 Deposit Limits

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for seven (7) days to prevent impulsive decisions.

7.3 Reality Checks

vippph displays reality check reminders every 30 minutes of continuous play, showing you how long you have been playing and your net wins or losses for the session.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

8.1 Termination by User

You may close your vippph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to you after deducting any applicable fees or bonuses. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

8.2 Termination by vippph

vippph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information during registration
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activities
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Requesting a chargeback or reversal of a deposit without valid reason
• Inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

Upon termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to a breach of these Terms. vippph is not liable for any losses resulting from account termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and other materials on the vippph website and Services are the property of vippph or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the vippph website without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vippph, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vippph, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of any rights of third parties

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees, unless the arbitrator awards costs and fees to the prevailing party.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and vippph regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver by vippph of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. vippph may assign or transfer these Terms at any time without restriction.
